gcc3.2(MinGW)は次のようにしたらコンパイルできて、実行結果は以下の通りです。

Ero(int) {
this->Base::~Base(); // thisから呼び出すようにした
new(this) Ero();
std::cout << "エロ::エロ(int)" << std::endl;
}

Base::Base()
Base::~Base()
Base::Base()
エロ::エロ()
エロ::エロ(int)

コンパイラによって実行結果がバラバラですね(^_^;)。
