VBをC#に移植してるんですけど
下の拡張メソッドは、C#だとどうやって書きますか

　<System.Runtime.CompilerServices.Extension()>
　Public Function AppendLine(ByRef text As String, ByVal appendtext As String) As String
　　text &= appendtext & Microsoft.VisualBasic.vbCrLf
　　Return text
　End Function


Stringを拡張してあって
Dim A As String = ""
A.AppendLine("ABC")

とかやると、AにABCが改行付きで入っていく拡張メソッドらしいのですが。

　　public static string AppendLine(ref this string value , string text)

ってやろうとしたら叱られてしまいました。
