unique_ptrで配列を使う場合、テンプレート引数はどうするんでしょうか？
unique_ptr<int> p(new int[3]);
unique_ptr<int[]> p(new int[3]);
はどちらもGNU C++11でコンパイルが通りますが、両者は同じですか？
