unquoteを使えばいいらしい

$test1 : \f012;
$test2 : unquote(\f012);
$test11 : unquote('"') + \f012 + '"';
$test22 : unquote('"') + unquote(\f012) + '"';
.test {
content : "\f012";
content : unquote('"') + $test1 + '"';
content : unquote('"') + $test2 + '"';
content : $test11;
content : $test22;
}


文字化けの原因は
$test : "\f012"
をutf16leと解釈されるからみたい
