rubyのリダイレクトってどうやんの？

cgi=CGI.new
print cgi.header({
"status" => "REDIRECT",
"Location" => "http://yahoo.co.jp";})

これでstatus 302 Found Content-Type:text/html Location: http//yahoo.co.jp
とエラーになるのだけど
