waitFor()の中でexitValue()を呼び出していて
exitValue()内でgetExitCodeProcess()の戻り値がSTILL_ACTIVE=259の場合に
この例外が出るようです。
259を返すexeのほうが悪いということでどうにもならないものでしょうか？
