ABCが毎秒呼ばれるような場合は、DataTableをDispose()するように変更したほうがいいの？

{
　if(d != null)
　{
　 　DataGridViewコントロール.DataSource = null;
　 　d.Dispose();
　}
　d = new DataTable();
　データテーブルの作成
　DataGridViewコントロール.DataSource = d;
