書き間違えた…
DrawableをBitmapに変換するのに
((BitmapDrawable) drawable).getBitmap()とか書いてあるけど
アプリのランチャーアイコンでNinePatchDrawableが入ってくると
ClassCastExceptionで落ちる

だから以下のように分けないと駄目だったりとか
if(drawable instanceof BitmapDrawable){
　bitmap = ((BitmapDrawable) drawable).getBitmap();
}else{
　// drawableのwidth、heightを取得してcreateScaledBitmapとかする
}
