アニメーションしたいならWinFormsでやるとあまり幸せになれないよ
WPFならアニメーション簡単だよ

var animation = new ThicknessAnimation( new Thickness( 50, 50, 0, 0 ), new Thickness( 1200, 500, 0, 0 ), new Duration( TimeSpan.FromMilliseconds( 5000 ) ) );
this.button1.BeginAnimation( Button.MarginProperty, animation );
