sqliteで部分一致取得したいんだけど

cursor = db.rawQuery("select * from table1 where field1 like '%?%'", new String[]{str});

だと
android.database.sqlite.SQLiteException: bind or column index out of range: handle 0x359aa0
とエラーになってしまったんだけど何がダメなん？
