このファイルを以下のコードでエンコードすると文字化けします。
ファイル末尾の]の文字を削除すると正しくエンコードされます。
自動判定ではなく文字コードを指定しているのだから、
本来どのような内容でも正しくエンコードされるはずですが、
なぜでしょうか？
