constでないstd::vectorインスタンスを途中からconst扱いに変えることはできますか？
初期値を代入した後は変更できないようにしたいんですが。

std::vector<int> foo;
for(int i=0; i<n; i++){ foo.push_back( hoge(i) ); }
const std::vector<int> bar = bar; //←コンパイルエラー（当然か）


一旦 std::vector<int> temp; あたりに初期値を作って
const std::vector<int> bar = temp;
とかやるしかないでしょうか？
