質問です！
柴田望洋先生の'97発行の「Ｃ＋＋への道」という本のサンプルソースを
borlandにてコンパイルしようとすると、「エラー E2141 position.h 1: 宣言の構文エラー」
エラーが発生します。なぜでしょうか。
