自動プロパティでgetのみを作ったのですが
これをクラス内部で変える方法はあるのでしょうか。

public int X { get; }

public void foo() {
　　this.??? = 123; // Xを変えたいが記述が分からない
}

自動を使わない方法のみ？？

public int X {
　get {
　return this._x;
　}
}

public void foo() {
　this._x = 123;
}
