edit_commit_message_encoded内でcommitログを書き込むためのテンポラリファイルをカレントディレクトリに
作成する際、tempfile.mkstempを使ってファイル名を作っているんだけど、内部でos.path.abspathの引数を
unicodeにせずに呼んでいるのが原因かな？
