FasterCSVを使っている人いますか？

csv = FasterCSV.read(filename, :encoding => 'sjis')
みたいに読み込んでいるのですが、ファイルによっては、

　Unquoted fields do not allow \r or \n (line 1).

といわれてしまいます。
これはどうやって解決したものでしょうか？
header => true もreadのオプションで加えてみたのですが、同じでした roz
