コンパイラ エラー CS0274 って別にエラーにする必要なくね？

public int Property
{
　　get { return hoge; }
　　private set { hoge = value; }
}
より

public int Property
{
　　public get { return hoge; }
　　private set { hoge = value; }
}
のほうがシンメトリックだし。
