StreamReader sr = new StreamReader(modosu, Encoding.GetEncoding("Shift_JIS"));

パスを変数化して、StreamReaderの第一引数に入れているのですが、接続されません。
ちなみに変数"modosu"の中身を直接書き込むと接続されます。
@"C:\test\時間集計.txt"
何が原因なのでしょうか？
