環境はfedoracore6。cgi（webフォーム）を経由させてpostfixを起動させたいのですが、なぜか
できません。端末でcgiを実行させたら起動したのですが、cgi経由では起動しません。web上で行うと、
ユーザーモードになるので、root権限を持ってないとpostfixの起動や停止は出来ないというところ
まではわかったのですが・・・・。アドバイスよろしくお願いします。
