を作業ディレクトリに置いて，sampleを実行しましたがエラーです。

/usr/lib/ruby/1.8/tk/package.rb:86:in `require': TkPackage can't find package tile (RuntimeError)

tile.rb でTkPackage.require('tile')しているようですが（16行目）
TkPackageというモジュールでエラーになります。
