出力を端末以外にリダイレクトしていると、
Unicode文字列をprintで出力できないようなのですが、
出力をファイルに保存する方法はあるのでしょうか？
ご教授ください。

$ cat test.py
#!/usr/bin/env python
# -*- coding: utf-8 -*-

if __name__ == '__main__':
print u'日本語'

$ ./test.py > test
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "./test.py", line 5, in ?
print u'日本語'
UnicodeEncodeError: 'ascii' codec can't encode characters in position 0-3: ordinal not in range(128)
