でかい行列で渡すときは
　hoge(int m[100][100], int row, int col);
に
　int ma[3][4];
　hoge(ma, 3, 4);
とかやったらいかんぞ。
　int ma[3][4];
　int temp[100][100] = {0};
　for(i=0;i<3;++i)for(j=0;j<4;++j) temp[i][j] = ma[i][j];
　hoge(temp, 3, 4);
というふうに、同じサイズのものに入れなおさんと。
