PerlでWindowsのAPIを使うにはどう書けばよいのでしょうか？
具体的にはCombinePathが使いたいです。
CombinePath($buf, "c:\\windows\\System32", "..\\notepad.exe");
buf eq "c:\\windows\\notepad.exe"
とかしたい
