確かに変な書き方だね。

constructor THoge.Create(cx,cy: Integer);
begin　 x:=cx; y:=cy;
end;

とやれば
with THoge.Create(10,11) do begin
　 Caption:=format('%5d %5d',[x,y]);
end;
と書ける。　クラスと違ってスタックに作られるから、デストラクタを用意する必要もない。
だから便利だけど　 with THoge.Create do　はダメだった。
