バックバッファにDrawText等で描画した複数の文字列をBitBltで一気に画面に出力する手法を
以下のように記述したのですが何も表示されません。
何がまずいのでしょうか…。

GetClientRect(hwnd, &rect);
hdc = BeginPaint(hwnd, &ps);
cdc = CreateCompatibleDC(hdc);

DrawText(cdc, "Hello,", -1, &rect, DT_LEFT);
DrawText(cdc, "2ch.", -1, &rect, DT_CENTER);

BitBlt(hdc, 0, 0, rect.right, rect.bottom, cdc, 0, 0, SRCCOPY);
DeleteDC(cdc);
EndPaint(hwnd, &ps);
