↑は.vbsだと普通に実行できるですが

として.htaで実行しようとするとoHTTP.Sendのところで
「アクセスが拒否されました」とエラーが出ます。
これはinfoseekのCGIが他サイトから呼び出せないのと関係あるんでしょうか？
また、何か解決方法は無いものでしょうか？
