こーゆーのは使えないのか？

open_url('http://www.yahoo.co.jp/')

あと、>>2 にするなら、system('explorer', 'http://www.yahoo.co.jp')
のほうがマシな気がするんだけど、Win95, WinNTだとまずいっけ？
