ところでこのやり方は関数中ではできないのでしょうか？

　int 　　width, hight;
　char *data;
　＜scanfでhight, widthを入力＞
　data[width] = (char)malloc(sizeof(char) * hight*width );

とすると'data' used before setとエラーが出てしまいます。
