KijimunaをEclipseにインストールしたら

java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: org.seasar.kijimuna.ui.internal.editor.dicon.DiconEditor
at org.eclipse.osgi.framework.internal.core.BundleLoader.findClass(BundleLoader.java:403)
...

とか言われてdiconファイルが開けないんですが……。
kijimuna-0.6.24.zip に同梱の install_ja.txt の手順以外に
なにかクラスパスの変更などが必要なんでしょうか？
