TDirectoryListBoxと連携させてるならそれを切って、
TFileListBox.DirectoryにTDirectoryListBox.Directoryから取り出したパス文字列に
\logを付け足して動的にセットしてやるといいんでは？各階層に\logフォルダの存在チェックもしつつ。
