EclipseでPHPの開発を行おうとしています。

cvsリポジトリからソースをチェックアウトしたのですが、
編集後保管できません。
なんでなのでしょうか？

環境
Eclipse3.0.2
plugin：trustudio-foundation-1.0-win32

ちなみにCVSサーバはLinux上にあります。

ご存知の方いらっしゃいませんか？
