使用例
　Memo1.Lines.Text := GetAnsiStr(Memo1.Lines.Text);
　いうまでもないがアスキー文字列だけの行は空行（改行コードだけ）になる。
　そういうとき空行も不要というならちょっと上記のコードを改造すればいい。
