int strcnt(const char *s1,const char *2);
文字列(文)s1に含まれている文字列(単語)s2の個数を返す。
なお、2つの単語間には空白文字があるとする。

s1="The theory of computation is a branch of meta-mathematics that
has been developed since the early 1900's.",s2="the"のとき、
strcnt(s1,s2)の値は2である。
