すみません、教えてください。
Cの構造体をC++でも使いたいのですが、どのようにすればいいのでしょうか？

<test2.c>
#include "test2.h"

AAA aaa;

<test2.h>
extern struct AAA {
int int1;
char str[256];
} aaa;

<test1.cpp>
#include "test2.h"

???


↑こんな感じで使いたいです。
また、構造体を使うほかにCとＣＰＰで値を共有する方法などはあるでしょうか。
