コンストラクタは関数名を持たないので、メンバテンプレートにされたコンストラクタおよび
変換メンバ関数テンプレートは明示的に実引数を与えられないって事っすね。
C++の不具合とも言えるので、次期C++規格ではfixして欲しいですな。
