この場合はvbModalがついているから関係ないけど、vbModelessであっても可能。

親が子フォームの Unload イベントをモニタすればいい。具体的にはこんな感じ。
Unloadでキャンセルされたときに注意が必要な気がするが、
まあキャンセル関連は全部QueryUnloadでやれば良し。
