記憶によればclient-side PerlScriptではopen CMD, "anycommand -opt |"や
backquoteは使えないのではなかったか。
system("anycommand >outfile")でいったんファイルに落として読みなおすのが素直かも。
Windows環境が今ちょっと手元にないので試してないが大体以下のような感じ。
