上の
return pthread_create(&t_, NULL, stub_thread, reinterpret_cast<void *>(this));
の stub_thread は thread_func の間違い。

ただ、今から書くのならば
class IRunnable {
public:
　int run() = 0;
};
みたいなのを単独でインタフェイスとして定義して、Thread クラス本体と run を実装する
クラスを分ける方がよいと思う (Thread::Start の引数として IRunnable* を取る)。
