以下のようにcgiで動かしているのですが、httpヘッダがそのまま表示
されてしまいます。

tcpをダンプしたらこんな感じでした。ヘッダとして出しているつもりが本文となってしまっています。

$| = 1; を外すと正常に動きます。何故なのでしょうか？
（apache2です)
