チュートリアルで意味が分からないコードあるんすが、

↑のメンバ関数のaddWidgets()の中でやってるBorder設定なんですが。

phaseIconLabel.setBorder()で二回連続でBorder設定しています。
一つ目は分かるのですが、二つ目のsetBorder()の意味が分かりません・・・。
コメントアウトしても見た目の違いが分からんのですが、この二つ目のsetBorder()は何しているんですか？
