MSDNから初めてダウンロードしようとして，Add Passportを選んで，
その他，いろいろ入力したのに，以下のエラーが…
昔，違うサブスクリプションで常用のパスポート使ってしまったかと思って，
chage passoprt とか，remove passportとかやってみたけれど，
全て以下のエラーが…
これは，電話でもかけるしかないのでしょうか…
