なので、パスと思われるものを与え、戻り値が FALSE ならば
削除すべきファイル名が入っていなかった。
つまりディレクトリパスとして妥当であるといえるのではないかね。

　if( !PathRemoveFileSpec( path ) ){
　　パスはディレクトリであるという処理
　}
}
