仕様なら REGDB_E_CLASSNOTREG を返すはず。

VC++6のヘルプによると、このような記述がある。
＞Passing into this function any invalid and, under some circumstances,
＞ NULL pointers will result in unexpected termination of the application.
だから、CoCreateInstance の部分を書いてほしかったのだが……
