以下のようなソースで優先度を上げてプログラムを実行したいのですが

実行後、タスクマネージャみても上がってないょ(´･ω･｀)

ＭＳＤＮ見ると
Windows NT: このハンドルは、THREAD_SET_INFORMATION アクセスを持っていなければなりません。

って書いてあるんだけど、これに関して調べても見つからないょ･･･

解かる人いませんか？
