質問なのですが、ヘルプに
if OpenDialog1.Excute then
Memo1.Lines.SaveToFile(OpenDialog1.FileName);
とか見るのですが、if　と　then　が無くてもそれっぽく動くのですが
どうしてifとかthenとか必要なんですか？
