Webページへのアクセス処理を作っていたのですが、うまく動作しません。
以前は同じプログラムが動作していたのですが、何かあるんですか？

StreamReader sr = new StreamReader(st, Encoding.GetEncoding("Shift_JIS"));
Console.WriteLine(sr.ReadToEnd());
