for文のことでわからない事があるので教えて下さい。

僕の読んだ本によると、
例えば↓
int i;
for(i=0;i<5;i++){
printf("%d",i);}
はまずi=0を実行しi<5を判定し真なら条件式に当てはまっている為
ブロックの中身printf("%d",i);を実行すると書いてありました。
