ちょっと手順を分割してみました。
>gcc -c -lang-c sieve_c.c
gcc.exe: -lang-c: linker input file unused because linking not done

この段階でオブジェクトファイルはできていたので、ldを実行してみると、、
以下のようなエラーになります・・・
なんか、基本的な関数が呼び出せていない気がします・・・なぜだ？？
