文字列をキーとした Hash を読み取り用メソッドとして定義したいです。
例えば、以下のようなクラスなんですが

class A

def initialize
@hash = {}

i = 0
['a','b','c'].each { |k|
hash[k] = i+=1
}
end

end

これを、以下のクラスと同じように動くようにしたいです。

class A

def initialize
@a = 1
@b = 2
@c = 3
end

attr_reader :a, :b, :c

end

何かよい方法ありますか。
