DllImportAttribute の場合、「.custom instance 〜」扱いにはならないで
「pinvokeimpl」としてメタデータに書き込まれるから。

んで、pinvokeimplの内容を拾えるAPIが見当たらない。
つーか、MetaInfoでもDll名が見えない。
